To foster
peace and national integration among youth of the country, State Public School,
Jal Cantt. organized ‘Cycle Rally’ in
which classes 6th to 9th participated enthusiastically.
As per the guidance of mentors the President Narotam Singh and Vice President
Dr. Gagagandeep Kaur school has introduced ‘Social Responsibility Club’. The
aim of this club is to spread awareness among common people about ardent need
to know the importance of peace, harmony and brotherhood in this fast paced
world. As the procession of students passed through the thorough fares of the
Cantt market , Lal Kurti, Raina Park and Solankhi area and made people aware
about the importance of peace and harmony and also motivated them to shun
violence and adopt the path of brotherhood. Principal, Ms. Savina Bahl,
expressed the hope that the rallyist will befitting ambassadors of peace and
harmony for people and it would act as a morale booster for the troop.
