SPS JAL CANTT. Organized CYCLE RALLY

To foster peace and national integration among youth of the country, State Public School, Jal Cantt.  organized ‘Cycle Rally’ in which classes 6^th to 9^th participated enthusiastically. As per the guidance of mentors the President Narotam Singh and Vice President Dr. Gagagandeep Kaur school has introduced ‘Social Responsibility Club’. The aim of this club is to spread awareness among common people about ardent need to know the importance of peace, harmony and brotherhood in this fast paced world. As the procession of students passed through the thorough fares of the Cantt market , Lal Kurti, Raina Park and Solankhi area and made people aware about the importance of peace and harmony and also motivated them to shun violence and adopt the path of brotherhood. Principal, Ms. Savina Bahl, expressed the hope that the rallyist will befitting ambassadors of peace and harmony for people and it would act as a morale booster for the troop.

 

SPS Jalandhar Cantt Organised INTERHOUSE FOOTBALL MATCH

To nurture the quality of sportsmanship and inculcate the importance of

physical activities, inter house football match was held at State Public

School, Jalandhar  Cantt. Four houses participated in it and the students

were selected on the basis of their performance. All the participants

participated with zeal and enthusiasm. Each team put up whole hearted

efforts but Sahibzada Jujhar Singh House bagged first position.

Principal, Mrs.Savina Bahl,  boosted up the morale of the winners by

handing over the winning trophy.

SPS Jalandhar Cantt. Celebrated BLUE DAY

Colours are the smiles of nature, they are very important 

to life because we can distinguish things with the help

of colours. Blue is a vibrant colour and a symbol of energy 

and enthusiasm. So to make students apprised of the 

importance of blue colour in their life, State Public School,

 Jalandhar Cantt. celebrated Blue Day for classes nursery

 to 2^nd in the school premises. Tiny tots were beautifully 

attired in blue colour and were looking like blue stars. 

They learnt the importance of blue colour in life and

 how it is related to the environment. This celebration was

 aimed at infusing the values like save water and protect

 environment. It was a fun filled day for the students. 

They were exhausted to explain their creative potential 

and freely discover their talents. Principal of the school,

 Mrs. Savina Bahl, motivated the students to adopt these 

values in their life and help to save earth from degradation.
